I was the Chief Bio-Medical Engineer at Jackson Memorial Hospital from 2000
to 2011, In 2007 I awarded a contract to Cloud Onsite Tech to develop a software total maintenance, work order
system to track expenditures, equipment inventory, history and service calls. Mr. Ruz worked with me
and the biomedical engineering staff in order to design the biomed software system in use at Jackson
Memorial Hospital. From design to final delivery Mr. Ruz managed to come in under cost and ahead of
most deadlines. Mr. Ruz oversaw and managed every aspect of the process from its inception to the
development and later deployment of the hospital wide system to include the training of the staff. The
Biomedical system was seamlessly migrated and deployed; it is capable of maintaining service records
and support for over 23k pieces of equipment and track expenditures of such equipment. Mr. Ruz also
provided ongoing support and development of the system. I feel Mr. Ruz would be an asset to any

Pedro Ruz worked with Cloud OnSite Tech under my direct supervision at NRC Electronics for a period of three years. During that period, Pedro designed our network environment, which includes not only the local facility, but also our multiple national and international locations. He mapped our data into SQL and developed access and web-based programs to facilitate the way we do business today. He also wrote and documented many procedures, and trained our staff in them.
Pedro snd his team at Cloud OnSIte Tech are hard-working individuals who understands exactly what a project is all about from the onset, and can accomplish it quickly and effectively.
