How can you offer lower prices without sacrificing features?

What does the Free Solo plan include?

Free Solo provides a drag‑and‑drop website builder, CRM with unlimited contacts, unified inbox and one sales pipeline, up to five products, basic payment integration, three inventory locations and community support. It’s ideal for hobbyists or early‑stage ventures. Access to a la carte services and possible joint venture collaboration.

How does the $1/month promotion work?

For Solo Basic, Grow and Advanced plans, your first three months cost $1/month. After that, regular prices apply (still about 10 % less than competitors).

Are there discounts for nonprofits?

Yes. Solo Basic is free for verified 501(c)(3) organizations, schools and religious groups. Other plans and a‑la‑carte services receive 10–20 % discounts. We also help you obtain free or discounted Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Azure credits through NGO portals.

Do I have to sign a long‑term contract?

No. Plans are month‑to‑month, though annual prepayments save you even more on our prepackaged operational plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

How are metered services billed?

SMS messages, phone minutes, AI token usage and cloud hosting are billed at cost plus a 0–20 % margin. They are disabled by default and can be activated per user or department so there are no surprise charges.

Can I integrate my existing Microsoft, Atlassian, HubSpot or Google licences?

 Absolutely. Our portal provisions and manages licences for Microsoft 365, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace and more. We resell licences at cost, pass through nonprofit discounts and automate single sign‑on and user provisioning.

Does Woosoft support omnichannel marketing?

Yes. Our automation engine allows you to build campaigns that combine email, SMS, voice drops, direct messages, WhatsApp and more. You can personalise workflows with AI‑generated copy and track results in unified dashboards.

How do project management and helpdesk features work?

We provide Kanban/Scrum boards, service‑desk queues, knowledge bases and CI/CD pipelines through resold Atlassian licences. Basic boards are included in the Free Solo tier; you can add additional licences for a small fee.

Do you offer website design and marketing services?

Yes. In addition to subscription plans, we offer one‑time website packages (Beginner through Top Tier) that mirror other web‑builder packages but include extra features like CRM integration and AI chat widgets. We also have social‑media and search‑marketing packages priced about 10 % lower than typical agencies.

What kind of support do I get?

Solo Basic includes 24/7 chat support. Solo Pro, Grow and higher tiers include enhanced phone support, dedicated account managers and priority training. All clients have access to Woosoft University’s tutorials, and you can book one‑on‑one sessions for $45/hour or take specialised courses on media integration and AI for $40–$50. Some training maybe offered at no cost to certain organizations.
